Vanderbilt University presents ‘Changemakers of the Twenty-First Century,’ an exhibition of fifteen portraits from Rob Shetterly’s ‘Americans Who Tell the Truth’ until April 17. This exhibit highlights Americans who have impacted the world in the past twenty-five years, illuminating how protest can take many different shapes and forms, from forging new legislation, to forming non-profits, to writing poetry.
Shetterly’s most recent title is Portraits of Peacemakers.

Albany Institute of History & Art presents ‘Americans Who Tell the Truth,‘ an exhibition of over 40 portraits by Robert Shetterly. In conjunction, Albany Institute will host screenings of Truth Tellers, an award-winning documentary chronicling the lives of several individuals featured in Shetterly’s portraits. Additional educational programs, workshops, and events for school groups, families, and adults will be offered throughout the duration of the exhibition.
